Trulok gages have been developed for the aerospace structures manufacturing market and are used by leading companies including: Boeing, Airbus, Northrop-Grumman, Lockheed-Martin, Textron, Bombardier, BAE Systems and Embraer. Our gages provide the ability to better control processes, reduce scrap/rework and increase productivity. Our customers recognize the need for fast and accurate dimensional control in the manufacturing process. The cost of introducing our gages into the manufacturing and quality control process is often less than the cumulative cost of inspection time and repairs of a rejected structure.
Our Fastener Head Protrusion Measuring System is a product developed specifically for fastener manufacturing companies to inspect and control the limited tolerance range of their products. This proprietary system has been developed in cooperation with Boeing and it is controlled by D-11805 specification. The companies using this system today include: Alcoa, Lisi, Allfast, SPS and Air Industries.
In the last ten years, many other industries have started to successfully incorporate our gages into their manufacturing and inspection processes. Some of these industries include: automotive, engine manufacturing, bearings, castings, hydraulics fittings and medical components.
