A high precision computer controlled digital unit for quick and accurate measurement of fastener Head Protrusion. This Base unit is also referred to as a Master unit and it is primarily intended to be used in a controlled environment (laboratory, final inspection, etc.). This system was designed to measure the head protrusion of a flush head fastener, however, it can be used for other types of the fasteners with minor modifications.

  •    PC computer with Win98 or Win2000 operating system and TRULOK® Fastener Measurement System Software package.
  •    Solartron digital probe (.000025" accuracy) head and its power unit.
  •    Zero block – P/N: B0000.
  •    Smart stand unit for block indentification.
