The F1 TRULOK® mechanical gage provides a quick and accurate flushness measurement. The .060 inch (1.5mm) flat point stylus is perfect for measuring selected areas of the fastener head for flushness. The base is fixed and has an in ternal ID of .63 inch (16mm). A metric gage F1M is available with a scale between -0,50 to +0,50. Used in combination with a countersink depth or a diameter gage it provides the user with greater control of the fastener installation process. This versatile gage can check flushness for installed fasteners, welds and grooves.
