The F1 TRULOK® mechanical gage provides a quick and accurate flushness measurement. The .060 inch (1.5mm) flat point stylus is perfect for measuring selected areas of the fastener head for flushness. The base is fixed and has an in ternal ID of .63 inch (16mm). A metric gage F1M is available with a scale between -0,50 to +0,50. Used in combination with a countersink depth or a diameter gage it provides the user with greater control of the fastener installation process. This versatile gage can check flushness for installed fasteners, welds and grooves.

The FR903 is a custom gage that provides a quick and accurate flushness measurement. The flat end stylus is perfect for measuring the highest point of the fastener head for flushness after installation. The contact area of the flat stylus is generally sized to cover approximately 80% of the fastener’s head. The tripod bases listed in the table can be easily interchanged to clear the installed fastener head. This gage could be used in combination with any countersink depth or diameter gages in order to achieve greater control of the fastener installation process.

The FR901 is a custom gage that provides a quick and accurate flushness measurement. The sized flat end stylus is perfect for measuring the highest point of the fastener head for flushness after installation. The contact area of the flat stylus is generally sized to cover approximately 80% of the fastener’s head. The base is fixed and it has a predetermined ID and OD to clear the installed fastener head and the surrounding structure. This gage could be used in combination with any countersink depth or diameter gages in order to achieve greater control of the fastener installation process.
