Calibration Services

* Trulok provides complete calibration and repair services for all the gages and accessories that we manufacture and sell.
* Our personnel are continuously training in the proper use all the available calibration and inspection equipment in our company.
* Trulok uses the most modern equipment and instrumentation available to inspect, calibrate and certify our products. All instruments
are calibrated at regular intervals by accredited NIST traceable labs or original instrument manufacturers. The following instruments
are used in our calibration process:

* Heidenhain CT 6001 Certo Length Gauge (± 0.1 μm accuracy)
* Pratt Whitney SuperMicrometer (.00002″ accuracy)
* Formscan 6100 Circular Geometry Gage with +/- 1µ” accuracy (Axial/ Radial)
* Brown & Sharpe Global Image CMM (.0001″ accuracy)
* OGP – optical video inspection machine (.0002″ accuracy)
* Ceramic calibration blocks accurate within .000005 inch
* Grade 10 A.F.B.M.A Certified Inspection Balls (.00001″ Diameter Variation and .00001″ deviation from Spherical Form)
