Primarily our gages have been developed for the aerospace structures manufacturing market. As the aerospace sector is growing our gages help the structure manufactures to better control their processes, reduce scrap/rework and increase their productivity.
New markets have opened for the Trulok ® gages in Europe, South America, Asia and North America.

The major aerospace structures manufactures such as: Boeing, Airbus, Northrop-Grumman, Lockheed-Martin, Textron, Bombardier, BAE Systems and Embraer are using the Trulok® gages.

Our customers recognize the need for fast and accurate dimensional control in the manufacturing processes, and our gages can help ensure this. The cost of introducing our gages into the manufacturing and quality control process is often less than the cumulative cost of inspection time and repairs of a rejected structure.

Fastener Head Protrusion Measuring Gage System is a product developed specifically for the fastener manufacturing companies that have the need to inspect and control the smaller and smaller tolerance range of their products. This proprietary system has been developed in cooperation with Boeing Co, and it is controlled by D-11805 specification. The companies using this system today are: Alcoa, Lisi Aerospace, Allfast, Inc., SPS Technologies, and Air Industries.

In the last ten years, as the need for more precise, fast, and traceable measurements, other industries started to successfully incorporate our gages into their daily manufacturing and inspection processes. Some of these industries are: automotive, engine manufacturing, bearings, castings, hydraulics fittings, medical components, etc.
