 In 1947, our company founder, Samuel Rinsler, invented the world’s first functional mechanical countersink gauge. The TRULOK ® Countersink Gauge has gone on to proudly serve the industry with a tradition of quality for more than 55 years.

This tradition carries on today under the direction of Mr. Rinsler’s grandson, Michael Hunkins. Trio Manufacturing designs and manufactures the complete line of TRULOK ® Precision Measuring Instruments, from standard models to custom gauges for special applications. We invest in the best tools available in both design and manufacturing to maintain our leadership in precision gaging. We continue to offer our customers world class measuring instruments designed to improve productivity.

Our commitment to quality workmanship and unsurpassed precision never wavers. However, it doesn’t stop there. Our goal is to provide you the best possible service and after-sale support so we can satisfy all your precision measuring needs. Our gauges are designed to be used directly in the manufacturing and quality processes, allowing data collection for SPC purposes. Trulok ® Gauges are currently used by many leading aircraft companies such as:Airbus, BAE, Boeing, Bombardier, British Aerospace, Cessna, Embraer, Gulfstream, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and fastener manufacturing companies such as: Air Industries, Allfast FF Inc., Fairchild Fasteners, Hi-Shear Corp., Huck Fasteners, SPS Technologies Inc.

In the past years, we have designed and manufactured new gages that measure: perpendicularity/angularity, grip thickness (expressed in grip lengths) and bore size at given depths.
