Calibration Services
- Trio provides complete calibration and repair services for all the gages and accessories that we manufacture and sell.
- Trio uses the most modern equipment and instrumentation available in order to inspect, calibrate and certify its products. All instruments are calibrated at regular intervals by accredited NIST traceable labs or original instrument manufacturers.
- Our personnel are continuously training in the proper use all the available calibration and inspection equipment in our company.
Trio uses for its inspection and calibration process of their gages and set-blocks the following equipment and instruments:
- CMM inspection machine (.0002 inch accuracy)
- OGP - optical video inspection machine (.0002 inch accuracy)
- B and S supermic (.000020 inch accuracy)
- Ceramic calibration blocks accurate within .000005 inch
- Grade 10 precision inspection balls .000010 inch Dia. tolerance and .000030 inch sphericity
- Formscan 6100 Circular Geomety Gage with +/- 1µ" accuracy (Axial/ Radial)
